FTP PHOTO - FAQ

Q: Will FTPhoto work with a 56k modem?
A: No FTPhoto will only work with a broadband connection.

Q: I've ordered various papers/layouts/print sizes etc. for different images in FTPHOTO but have changed my mind what I'd like for one of the images. How do I change it?
A: Click 'Details and Special Instructions', then click on the image in the left window and select 'Delete'. You can then use 'Get File' to reinsert it in FTPhoto and change your requirements.

Q: Is there a discount for larger quantities?
A: Yes. Our prices are discounted as follows (unless otherwise marked)
10 or more prints - 10%
25 or more prints - 20%
50 or more prints - 25%
When you select payment simply select 'COD' or 'House Account' (whichever is applicable) and upload your images. We will then have a record of your order and be able to arrange your discount.

Q: The size or product I require isn't listed. Can you do custom sized prints?
A: Yes, we do many other sizes of prints. Call Davies Colour Prolab on 02920 448200 or email prolab@daviescolour.co.uk.

Q: Why can't I close FTPhoto?
A: To close FTPhoto go to File > Quit.

Q: Where do I get the latest prices?
A: Prices for FTPhoto are stored locally which means prices will automatically be updated when you log in.

Q: Why is there no preview image in FTPhoto?
A: You will need Quicktime installed to use the image preview function. Also check Thumbnails are enabled in Preferences.
